Attention padel enthusiasts! The International Padel Federation (FIP) has just unveiled a major initiative: the all-new training platform FIP Academy is officially launched!
The positioning of FIP Academy is clear: to build a global professional training system in the padel industry, focusing on two key groups: coaches and referees. Its goal is to standardize the industry and share resources more widely. The original intention of this platform is to help national padel federations build more solid development structures while enhancing the professionalism of the entire sector — simply put, "to enable padel professionals worldwide to access high-quality courses with unified standards."

The platform will kick off with the Coaching Program, a fully online course that will be available soon. This is just the starting point: in the coming months, the platform will expand with more training levels (in more flexible formats to meet the needs of coaches in different regions). Later, it will also add the Officiating Program and FIP Lab (a section focused on innovation and research), gradually developing the platform into a true "international padel training ecosystem."
To announce this new segment, FIP released the official trailer of FIP Academy today — this isn't just an introduction to the platform, but also a way to convey its core vision: to equip padel with unified training standards, so that coaches and referees can access high-quality professional courses no matter where they are in the world. It's clear that FIP aims to truly promote the global development of padel through the "standardized training of professional talents."
(We will continue to follow up on the launch time of FIP Academy’s courses. Coaches and referees who are interested can stay tuned!)
